How to receive a licence number ?
If you pay with a credit card, your order is validated immediately.
Once the payment is validated by the bank, you will receive an e-mail with your licence number and your payment confirmation.
If you pay by cheque, we will send you your licence number by e-mail as soon as we receive your payment.
How long does it take to receive a licence number ?
95% of the e-mails are received within 5 minutes following the order confirmation but we do not control the delay of transmission which can vary according to your Internet service provider.
When I copy the licence number sent by e-mail, the text "Invalid Licence Number" is displayed ?
If this text is displayed, it could be for one of the following reasons :
- The e-mail mentioned in the field e-mail of the board Management of the Licence (in the Parental Control Console, in Tools, in Advanced Options) is not the same that the one to which the licence has been sent to.
- When the licence was copied, an error occurred.
How can I know the version of the software ?
To verify the version of your software : open the Parental Control Console, go to Help and select About the Parental Control. A window will mention the version of the software.
My licence has expired and I am blocked all the time
Close all your Internet browsers, open the Parental Control Console, go to Tools, select Advanced Options and then Advanced administration.
Select 'Direct connection to the Internet'.
You will then have an Internet access not filtered. You will be able to access the Xooloo online shop to buy a new licence.
My licence has expired and I can not consult anymore my Webmail to receive the licence I bought
Close all your Internet browsers, open the Parental Control Console, go to Tools, select Advanced Options and then Advanced administration.
Select 'Direct connection to the Internet'.
You will then have an Internet access not filtered. You will be able to access your Webmail to receive the licence you have bought or, the Xooloo online shop to buy a new licence.
Garantee of download
It could happen to change computer, to suffer a breakdown or to have to reformat the hard disc because of a virus or others errors. If you have bought a one year licence of the software, you can download it as many times as necessary during the validity period of your licence of use.
As a result, the use of the software is guaranteed during all the validity period of your licence.
